avana creations is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We conduct regular accessibility audits and address identified issues on an ongoing basis.

Known Limitations

The following limitations are documented and being actively addressed:

Product image alt text on our website is currently used as a functional identifier to enable color variant image switching on product pages. As a result, these images do not carry descriptive alt text at this time. We are evaluating a technical solution. In the meantime, full product descriptions and color options are available in visible text on each product page.

Pinch-to-zoom on mobile devices is currently affected by a JavaScript interaction in our theme's carousel component. We are aware this does not meet WCAG 1.4.4 and a developer fix is being scoped. All product information, navigation, and checkout remain fully accessible without zooming.
