- Our guarantee does not cover product damage that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of the product.
- Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use
- Breaking of screen protection caused by drops
- Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
- Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
- Products that have been modified or altered
- Any product that is not manufactured by avana creations (including, without limitation, any non-avana creations product that is used in connection with the Product)
- Replacements are only covered by the warranty of initial purchase and do not extend the length of the warranty.
- With regard to cases, the following reasons for return by the Buyer will also not be covered by the lifetime warranty: wear, fingermarks, yellowing
- With regard to tempered glass, the following reasons for return by the Buyer cannot also be covered by the lifetime warranty: glass detachment due to poor installation, presence of bubbles on the glass due to poor installation, scratches on the glass, lack of compatibility with non-avana creations cases.

To proceed with a warranty claim you will need to provide your original order number and two images showing the problem. Please confirm that your product is still within its warranty period. Next please email us at support@avanacreations.com explaining your issue. If it is covered we will send you a form to collect detail and shipping information. avana creations will pay for shipping costs, but the customer is responsible for any potential customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, and brokerage.

avana creations reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party to modify, suspend or terminate this warranty.

avana creations makes no other express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law and specifically disclaims and excludes all implied warranties, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If such disclaimer of any implied warranty is not permitted by law, the duration of any such implied warranties is limited to the durations set forth in this limited warranty. The applicable limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.

In no event shall avana creations or its authorized suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of the use of the Product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the Product or any third party products that are used in or with the Product, or loss of use of the Product or any third party products that are used in or with the Product, even if avana creations has been advised of the possibility of such damages. avana creations has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property that are in the Products, including, without limitation, laptops, cell phones, smartphones, tablets, or handheld devices, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of avana creations and any of its authorized suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Product.
